Five Stars plusssssss
My Bernese Mountain Dog is really happy with it... No scratching at it when he is wearing it, the buckle is sturdy, it dries out quickly, and my Roger loves to swim so yup it dries out well and it really is very nice. I defo will buy another

Very loud buckle
The metal buckle makes very loud noise each time the dog moves. Had to take it off after the first walk.
